 gement policy and schedule, and data quality rubric and assessment process 
 are foundational components of our data governance program.\n\nAs the matur
 ity of our Data Governance Program grew, so did the volume and complexity o
 f our work. We knew we needed to work smarter, not harder, to maintain stak
 eholder commitment and move our data governance program to the next level. 
 In this session, we will share how we identified and capitalized upon oppor
 tunities to align work streams to create consistency, cohesion, and efficie
 ncy. Contextual information and concrete lessons learned are included.&nbsp
